we've recently had two incidents which could and really should be classed as lost time accidents. both persons were asked to return to work on restricted duties so they would not be classed as missing work. they have gone down as restricted work days and our LTA clock keeps ticking away towards our record of 2700 days without one. we're all proud of our record obviously but to me this defeats the object.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
